Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, or new product launches.

Shipping
Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS or another trusted carrier. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days.

 

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Eden Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, Eden Beauty is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered.
